Carlos Alexandrino has joined Moxie as Strategic Delivery Director. With nearly 20 years in the OutSystems ecosystem, from version 3.1 all the way to OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC), he will focus on strategic clients and complex engagements, helping Moxie keep raising the bar in how we deliver and grow with our customers.
Carlos's career follows the OutSystems platform itself. Over nearly 20 years he has worked across engineering, architecture, delivery leadership and client strategy, which means he has seen the platform from every angle: how it is built, how it is designed, how it is delivered and how it creates value for clients.
He also brings the perspective of having co-founded and led Delivery at an OutSystems partner that reached the global Top 10. Building a delivery organisation from the ground up teaches lessons that are hard to learn any other way, and we are glad to have them at Moxie.
As Strategic Delivery Director, Carlos will focus on our strategic clients and on the most complex engagements. His mission is to help Moxie continue to raise the bar in how we deliver and in how we grow with our customers, combining technical depth with a long-term view of each client relationship.
Carlos's superpower is coming up with the solution before anyone has finished explaining the problem. A very useful talent in a world where "it's just a small change" rarely is.
Outside work, Carlos enjoys TV series, sports, the gym, music, theatre and travel. He is also a Benfica fan and a cat lover, so expect strong opinions about football and the occasional cat photo.
