Miguel Palmeirinha, has joined Moxie as Head of Delivery, bringing his experience in OutSystems delivery and a talent for connecting people to lead how we deliver projects for our clients. Head of Delivery title aside, Miguel is, above all, a guy with an easy smile and a rugby ball (preferably) always close by.

Delivery built on people

The superpower Miguel claims is the ability to connect with people, and after years leading large-scale enterprise projects, nobody doubts it.

The OutSystems world is small, and Miguel has already crossed paths with half the Moxie crowd out there. So for many of us, this is less of an introduction and more of a reunion.

Away from the keyboard

Look for Miguel, outside the office and you'll find him on a rugby pitch cheering for CDUL, or, every now and then, pretending to be a Sporting fan when the topic turns to football.

In his free time he swings naturally between extremes: one day he's climbing a wall, the next he's paddling down a river in a canoe, and the day after that he's quietly settled into a board game. He's always up for travelling to discover new places, whether city, beach or countryside, because choosing would be a waste of time.

At the table, he's a man of simple convictions. He likes every cuisine in the world, but put a plate of bifes de cebolada (steak with onions) in front of him and dinner is sorted.

At home there's Niko, the dog who probably already knows more about project delivery than some PMs.

One more thing

If you thought you already knew everything about him: Miguel has actually been an actor in a web series, "Os Perfeitos" (The Perfect Ones). Yes, you read that right. We accept autograph requests.
